4MAT Mastering Training Design

4MAT MTD is an internationally recognized training used worldwide by people who work professionally with learning, development and communication.

4MAT MTD gives you the insight and competence to use 4MAT as a process method. You will gain insight to different learning styles, the brain's influence in the way we perceive things, process and disseminate knowledge, and the unique 4MAT process model. You will gain insight to the theories behind the 4MAT method, clarify your own personal learning style and learn to create successful teaching and communication based on the 4MAT method.

The program split into 3 intensive course days:

• The four learningstyle in 4MAT
• Your own learningstyle
• Brain preferences
• Your own Brain preference
• The fundamental theory about 4MAT
• To work with 4MAT as a process method
• Designing and implementing the four main phases of the learning process:
  - To create meaning
  - To conceptualize
  - To develop and test skills
  - To refine, apply and perspective

Qualifying for:

• User agreement - purchase and use of 4MAT profiles
• 4MAT MTD Trainer certification
